Membership Agreement
Welcome to MAATKA. By accessing this platform and completing the onboarding process, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Membership is exclusive and granted upon the successful payment of a one-time fee of ₹900 (inclusive of GST).
Digital Assets & Utility
MAATKA provides members with various digital holdings as part of their membership package:
- Sudarshana Coin: A core ecosystem asset provided to support long-term member confidence and ecosystem utility. Holding this coin grants participation rights within the MAATKA network.
- KRITA Credits: A utility balance provided for platform-specific operations, premium feature access, and campaign participation.
- Legacy ID: A non-transferable permanent digital identity credential that serves as the basis for prize eligibility and ecosystem access levels.
Prize Pot Program
The MAATKA Prize Pot (₹1 Crore Primary Prize) is a milestone-based reward program designed for our community. The following conditions apply:
- Selection and distribution of prizes will occur only after the platform reaches a minimum milestone of 10 million (1 Crore) verified participants.
- Probability of selection is based on the unique per-member Legacy ID.
- Prizes are subject to applicable taxes as per regional regulatory frameworks at the time of distribution.
User Responsibilities
Members must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and Legacy ID. Any fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate the platform will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
Limitation of Liability
MAATKA redefines premium membership but does not guarantee specific financial returns. The value of digital holdings and ecosystem participation is subject to platform growth and community engagement. MAATKA shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the territory in which MAATKA operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts.
